Copyright and Intellectual Property Guidelines

At CoachShelf, we’re committed to protecting intellectual property rights and expect all contributors to do the same. Respecting copyright laws is a core part of maintaining the integrity of our marketplace.

As a CS Seller, anything you upload to CoachShelf must meet one of the following criteria:

• It’s a fully original resource created by you—including any images, text, media, or other content.
  

• It includes third-party content that you are legally allowed to use (such as items covered by a commercial-use license, public domain material, explicit permission from the creator, or qualifying under fair use).
  

If we are made aware of a potential copyright violation—such as a resource that includes unlicensed or improperly used content—we will remove the item from the site. Repeated or serious violations may lead to the suspension or termination of the seller’s CoachShelf account.
