Refund policy

At CoachShelf (CS), all of our resources are delivered digitally. Since downloadable files like PDFs, Word documents, and other digital materials can't be returned once accessed, all sales are generally considered final and nonrefundable.

However, we understand that unexpected situations can come up. In certain cases, we’re able to issue refunds under specific conditions. If you haven’t downloaded or accessed the resource, or your purchase meets one of the exceptions listed below, you may be eligible for a refund.

Refund requests must be submitted within one year of the original purchase date and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

 

Refunds May Be Granted in the Following Cases:

  • Corrupted or Incomplete File
     The resource file is damaged, incomplete, or does not contain the actual product.
     Example: A preview image or incorrect file is uploaded instead of the full resource.

  • Inaccurate Product Description
     The resource listing doesn’t accurately reflect what’s included.
     Example: The description claims there are 50 multiple-choice questions, but the file only contains true/false questions.

  • Undisclosed Technical Requirements
     You can’t access the resource due to system or software limitations that weren’t explained in the product description.
     Example: The resource requires specific software (like Notebook) that wasn’t mentioned anywhere on the product page.

  • Duplicate Purchase
     You unintentionally purchased the same resource more than once under the same CoachShelf account.
     Example: You bought a standalone resource, then later purchased a bundle that also includes that same resource.

  • Unused File
     The resource was purchased but never downloaded or opened. (We can verify access history on our end.)
     Example: You bought a resource for a course you expected to teach, but your assignment changed before you used it.
