Inclusion Teacher and Aide Schedule

The Inclusion Schedule is a planning and accountability tool used to organize and document special education support within general education classrooms. It outlines which special education teacher and/or paraprofessional is assigned to each general education class that includes students with IEPs, by period.

The purpose of the Inclusion Schedule is to:

• Ensure IEP services and supports are delivered as written

• Provide clarity and consistency for staff assignments

• Support equitable distribution of personnel

• Allow administrators to monitor inclusion support and compliance

• Serve as a reference for sub coverage, schedule changes, and IEP meetings
